1. Pickup from the store

At the office, you can pick up only the goods that were previously issued through our online store. If you want to view additional products, increase or decrease your order, please notify our managers in advance or indicate your wishes in the comments to the order.

2. Delivery by courier in Moscow and Moscow region

Courier delivery in Moscow for orders over 10,000 rubles. - carried out free of charge before the entrance.
If the order amount is less than 10,000 rubles, then the cost of courier delivery is calculated from 350 rubles.

3. Delivery within Russia

Sending is carried out only on 100% prepayment.

Transport company Business Lines delivers orders to the terminals or to the entrance.
Attention! Delivery by the company to the entrance is negotiated directly by the client and the transport company after the order is received at the terminal (city) of the customer.
The addresses of all terminals can be found at website of the company.
You can also track your order by invoice number on website of the company.

Delivery of the rod when ordering from 10,000 rubles - free of charge to the issuing terminal

Sending is carried out only on 100% prepayment.
Also, the courier service carries out door-to-door delivery of orders or to the pick-up point.
Delivery cost is calculated by the manager and included in the total invoice.
Pickup points can be viewed at website of the CDEK company.
You can also track the parcel by the sent track number on website of the CDEK company.

Cash on delivery orders are not sent.

According to Art. 459 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the risk associated with damage or loss of goods passes to the buyer from the moment it is transferred to transport companies or courier services.
