It so happened that COMET BLACK FURY appeared in our country earlier than recommendations for their use. MEPPS itself offers this lure as one of the most catchy trout lures. Nevertheless, according to the experience of Russian fishermen, this COMET variety is not only suitable for catching most types of fish, but also in a number of cases has no equal. Literally BLACK FURY translates as "mad black" or "bustling nigella". All varieties are equipped with petals in silver, gold, copper and black. They differ from each other in the color of the dots on the black background of the stickers located on the outside of the petals. Average rotation speed of the petal. Fast but discernible vibration and discontinuity of the visual signal As the petal rotates, thanks to the colored dots of the stickers and its black backing, the bait resembles a large insect. Since the spoons are equipped with petals of different colors, there is always a possibility to choose the most successful combination. In one case, it will be preferable to have a bright color, contrasting with the surrounding background, in the other - "patronizing", i.e. camouflage (this option is very effective when hunting cautious fish). Sometimes it happens that a purely mechanical selection of the color of the bait leads to success, since there is no visible reason for a specific choice. Often in information material, MEPPS draws the attention of anglers to the similarity of the color of spinners and water objects, such as insects and small fish. With regard to the latter, experienced anglers have reasonable doubts. Only AGLIA LONGUE can serve as a very approximate imitation of a fish made of spinning lures. Basically, this is the advantage of wobblers and oscillating lures. The fact is that not only peaceful, but also predatory fish pass the insectivorous stage in the early period of their development. Naturally, reflex memory lasts for a very long time, which probably explains the phenomenal abilities of COMET BLACK FURY. These colors are very rich spinner decorations that recreate the visual stimuli of the most common prey: crickets, grasshoppers, frogs, aquatic and terrestrial larvae, minnows.
