WARRANTY & RETURN

The goods in the store are guaranteed!

Only the rod blank is covered by the warranty. The guarantee does not cover rings and fittings! An exception may be: if a cracked ceramic insert in the ring is found in the mail, or within 14 days.

The warranty period is indicated in the description of each product on the website. 

In the event of a rod blank breakage due to a factory defect and a valid warranty, we will replace the broken knee or the complete rod! Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer!

  • Be sure to check the completeness and absence of defects in the goods upon receipt by mail.

The right to free warranty service is granted by the warranty card, which indicates:

 

  • model;

  • guarantee period;

  • date of sale of the item.

Please keep it for the entire period of use.

You can exchange or return the product within 14 days after purchase. This right is guaranteed to you by the Consumer Protection Act.

  • All labels and factory markings have been retained.

  • Return.  If for some reason the product does not suit you, you change your mind, but the product is all right, the cost of postage is paid by the buyer!
